Pattison's Janitorial Services is a family owned and operated business. We have been providing janitorial services to central Florida for over 24 years. Our business has grown from two to 30 employees over the years, and we continue to grow.
Tim started working for a local commercial cleaning company while still in high school. He learned a great deal and quickly became a real asset to that company. Tim enjoyed the janitorial field and decided that he would make it a career. In 1994 Tim started Pattison's Janitorial Services.
His first job was maintaining satellite offices for Halifax Medical Center, the largest hospital in the area. It wasn't long before Pattison's Janitorial Services had contracts with some of the largest corporations in Central Florida. For the last twenty years Tim has learned the ins and outs of janitorial work and more importantly, he has learned that people are what matter. His focus on customer satisfaction and a strong employee morale have made Pattison's Janitorial Services one of the most successful full-service janitorial companies in the area.

When you’re ready to schedule cleaning services, you need to know what you’re getting yourself into. Though you might have a smaller space, this doesn’t mean your needs are small. For example, a building cleaning service job may only be 700 square feet (like our smallest client), but it might be a medical facility which needs truck mount carpet cleaning equipment, so it becomes a larger project than your staff can handle on their own.
